Sales Training for New Product Launch

Issues: A client sales force required new product knowledge and training to implement a pharmaceutical product launch.

Process: The client had already identified the knowledge base required; our role was to integrate client-provided materials with additional research sources. We used the information to prepare a comprehensive array of learning materials, including an interactive CD, testing, and online modules.

Outcome: Our work contributed to a successful product launch.
